We are very proud that many of our past clients have referred us to new Buyers either moving to Baltimore or their children, relatives or friends who are looking for a new home. We have represented many physicians and professionals who have friends or new employees moving to the area so we have relocated many families over the years. We are happy to direct them to websites and resources for all of their needs including schools, shopping, churches & synagogues as well as those associated with purchasing a home…lenders, title companies, insurance companies, inspectors etc. We often give them tours of Baltimore and assist them in finding the right home in the right location and the right price for their needs.


We are proud to say that we have been very successful in selling our listings for our Sellers by assisting them in having their homes show their best and making out best efforts to price the homes correctly. Our professional stager is available to make suggestions & repairs and can assist in lending furniture or furnishings if our Sellers desire. Or we can meet as a team and make suggestions with respect to decluttering and minor improvements. Our goal is to position our new listings correctly, have them sparkle and grab the next Buyer who is looking in our area and price range. Our goal is to get our Sellers the BEST price which normally will happen when a home is the “new baby on the block” and gets its most showings.

Once we have finalized our listing agreement, we hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the home. We create brochures, individual websites for each of our listings, virtual tours and we make sure that our listings are on all of the websites and social media. We network with the agents in our area, send out emails and announcements, conduct open houses and most importantly stay in touch with our Sellers to provide feedback for our Showings. Communication is so important so as soon as we hear any news we make sure that our Sellers are informed.

As soon as a contract is received, we confirm with the lender that all seems good and coordinate for inspections, appraisals, etc. We attend inspections and meet the appraisers so that our Sellers are informed every step of the way. We all assist if need be in repairs and attend the walk through once repairs have been made. We are always in touch with the Buyer’s agent and keep our Sellers informed on progress of the loan until we receive the loan commitment.

Getting to the settlement table is our goal and we stay with our Sellers every step of the way to get them there!
