Carole Glick

Carole Glick, GRI, CRS, is an exceptional multi-million dollar producer with Long & Foster with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in residential and relocation Sales and is in the top 1% of all residential real estate agents in North America. Her accomplishments include Past President of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association Ltd., member of the Masters Club of Long and Foster, selected by the Baltimore Sun Papers as “Super Agent”, and she served on the board of directors of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Carole thrives on helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Her dedication, honesty, loyalty and knowledge has gained her the fine reputation of being a number one agent in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Linda Seidel

With over 30 years of experience selling residential real estate in Baltimore, Linda is a top multi-million dollar agent and is a member of the Elite Top 100 at Long & Foster. She is in the top 1% of Residential Realtors in North America and is part of the Luxury Alliance Group of Christie’s International. She specializes in relocation and residential sales and is a member of Long & Foster’s Masters Club. Her particular expertise in land acquisition and new home construction can be attributed to her growing up in a family of builders and land developers and she continues to represent fine custom builders in the area today.

While working on various professional committees and serving as President of McDonogh School’s Patrons Club, she acquired many skills and contacts that allow her to have an extensive personal network of area professionals in diverse fields of endeavor. She is a professional knitter, a lover of dogs….especially Olde English Sheep Dogs and a grandmother of 4. Throughout the years she has learned to balance real estate and family and remains committed to her clients and making sure that she is always available when her clients need her. Jennifer Kosmides

Jennifer has a strong background in the world of real estate. Her familiarity can be attributed to growing up in a family with parents in the residential real estate business. Jennifer’s father is a real estate attorney and her mother is a title closer. Jennifer spent years working in her father’s law office as a paralegal where she gained much useful experience in the dealings of real estate settlement closings. Jennifer went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and a Master’s in Elementary and Special Education. Her years spent in the teaching profession afforded her patience and the ability to communicate, connect, and empathize with others. She is intelligent, insightful, hardworking and thorough. Jennifer is the mother of three teenagers and is an active member of the Jemicy School and Kreiger Schechter Day School communities. This affiliation has allowed her to acquire many personal and professional contacts. In just months of earning her real estate license, Jennifer sold her first listing and represented a buyer in purchasing their home. Her attention to detail is paramount and she represents her clients with zealous and conviction.

 

Stacy Glick Alperstein

Stacy graduated Ithaca College and then obtained her masters degree in speech pathology at Nova University. She has worked in hospitals and schools helping children and adults with speech problems. Stacy has exceptional organizational and communication skills. This has helped her with negotiating on behalf of her clients so they can achieve the results they want. Stacy is professional and responsive to all her clients as well as highly ethical. She strives to make each transaction a rewarding and positive experience. Stacy has been a longtime resident in Maryland with her three children and labradoodle, Lucy. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with her children.
